Where do I begin I met Eric when I was 18 when I had a really bad motorcycle accident (l’m 24)now he was recommended from a friend I wasn’t supposed to get anything from that accident not only did I get paid for my bike. I got like 14,000 in compensation that just kind of give you an idea of how skilled these guys are I’ve used Eric in common law associates for years and I will continue to use them. They are and trust me when I say this, the best personal injury and bankruptcy lawyers Especially Eric that you could ever ask for anytime I had a legal question if he knew it he gladly answered it. He’s very straightforward. Always kept me in the loop You really can’t ask for anything more somebody that truly fights for you. I can’t say enough how amazing Eric is and how much of a lifesaver he is I send all of my friends family to him my dad etc They are very knowledgeable very skilled and will actually fight for you

Unfortunately life hands you unexpected events. Job loss, health issues, family issues, and following that financial issues. I'd never thought I'd have to go declare bankruptcy and when I did I went to several consultations on Cape Cod only to find overpriced attorneys who were only interested in turning a quick and rather large profit off of people in need without a sense of compassion or caring. Attorney Ed Duvall and Eric Levitt were my last attempt to find a personable, friendly, affordable, and compassionate lawyers - which is extremely rare these days... Most people have a negative connotation of how lawyers work and operate and rightfully so. I'm here to tell you that's not the case with these two gentlemen. Not only did they completely take care of me in a professional manner, they taught me never to judge someone by their title. These two lawyers that make up Common Law Associates are in Hyannis are humble, loyal, friendly, down to earth, and caring. I never expected anything such as that from a lawyer. Not only did they give me the time of day but they actually went the next step to calm me down and explain the process fully without any of the fluff most lawyers will give you. I highly recommend anyone in times of distress to give their practice a call. You'll be thankful you found caring souls instead of a scoundrel to take your case.
