In June of 2020, I was entering a grocery store and slipped in a puddle of water on the floor and broke my ankle. I was on vacation from California and did not know any Attorneys. A friend suggested George MacKoul in Hyannis. George had practiced in California and was very knowledgeable in both California and Massachusetts law. George really helped me with ideas to assist him in preparing my case. One suggestion was keeping a daily diary. The case took 2 years to close. George negotiated a very good settlement. He and his Assistant, Diane, made our long-distance communication and document filing seamless. I would definitely encourage anyone to engage the services of George MacKoul!

I hired George to represent me in a dispute I had with a boat yard. The boatyard failed to properly winterize my boat causing damage to the engines, and the cabin. The boatyards insurance company tried to offer me a small amount of money, but once I had George on the case things changed rapidly. I ended up getting the compensation I was asking for from the insurance company, and they had to dispose of the boat themselves. I can't say enough about George and how he efficiently worked through this dispute for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need.

I live in a small town in Georgia. I was made aware that my cousin passed. She had a discussion with me prior to her death that she would be leaving me "some" money. A will that a Lynnete got her to change her will while in a mental state and leaving her estate to just to her. I choose to challenge the will. I needed an attorney and went online to research attorneys in Mass. I read up on several and left a message with George MacKoul. I felt he could take on this task. This was on Dec. 23rd. He called me back the same day from California. I explained my situation. He said he would call me back after Christmas, after he had to decided where or not to take the case George called me back and told me he would take the case.. However, chances of me getting anything were nil as I was not in the will. He was able to research the case and found many things that were wrong. He worked so hard and long hours. He worked diligently and kept in close contact with me. In the end ( 2+yrs) later, we won a substantial amount of money I recommend him to anyone that wants a dedicated, caring attorney. He truly cares about his client's and is in contact with you through everything along the way. He is so honest and trustworthy. I could not have found a better man. I will never be able to thank him enough for what he has accomplished for me.

I recommend George if you are looking for a very competent attorney with a strong personal injury background. I had the unfortunate experience of breaking my foot due to negligence by a local business. I found George through the recommendation of another local attorney. In my view, this is the best way to find an attorney you can trust. I was completely happy with the outcome of my case. George explained my legal options without any pressure and was interested in my expectations for the resolution of the case. His fees were reasonable and if I need an attorney for some other general legal matter, I would call him for advice.

I was in a major car accident George was able to get me the almost the max amount from the insurance company and cleared a lot of medical debt from the accident for me. Very easy to work with!

I have dealt with George on behalf of my client in the UK in relation to a very complex dispute over a Will. George grasped the issues quickly. He did not give up and found many grounds upon which to challenge the Will. He always worked proactively and explained any issues which arose. He is incredibly determined yet also pragmatic. Although my mother died 13 years ago, her estate was recently settled(2019). It was only through Mr. Mackoul's legal prowess and patience that my brother and I retained our sanity. We hired Mr MacKoul in 2013 we had a very involved case. It took 5 years to settle. Mr MacKoul never pressured us and always told us the truth good or bad. He even let us do some of the leg work to help keep costs down. He worked outrageously hard and knew every inch of our case. He helped us on so many levels We can not thank him enough. He will always be our lawyer from now on. Out of 5 stars we give him 10 stars. He is a class act.

I have nothing but accolades and praise for George. He's a straight talker and gives you the naked true with practical alternatives. My case is a dispute with one of three heirs to my late mother's estate. i am sure the reader may be aware how ugly and trivial these cases can be. George's approach was measured, civil and humanitarian despite some very nasty episodes with the respondent. He is cost conscious and chose a most client protective path through this unpleasant ordeal. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend George to anyone.

I cannot say enough about George MacKoul. My case was a 3 year nightmare involving a sibling suing me as trustee of my mother's trust and estate all because she didn't feel she received enough. George invested a lot of time and energy (always trying to save me in costs). He was so diligent and persevering in studying case law regarding my case, investigating information, taking depositions. He is an amazing lawyer and an amazing human being and I am honored to know him. He won my case and also won my attorney's fees back! I would highly recommend him and would "definitely" use him again.

This is a serious hard working lawyer that cares about his clients. I would use his services again I felt that he was well prepared and he worked hard to insure that I received proper consideration. I could not ask more from a Lawyer.
