A tenant, who is a lawyer, kept delaying returning the inventory at the end of her lease and then sued me for triple damages when the deadline for returning the security deposit was exceeded. Chaisson-Aronoff analysed the papers and advised me to settle because the expense to me to fight the suit would exceed the fine. Thereby she saved me money that she would otherwise have been paid. I was outraged by the behavior of the tenant and ready to go to the mat, but Chaisson-Aronoff calmed me down, explaining that then even if I won the case, the lawyer tenant would have gotten the better of me. I am grateful to have saved the money and be spared the emotional turmoil fighting the case would have caused me.

I have worked with Jen on several real estate transactions. She was informative, reliable and responsive in a timely manner. I have also referred Jen to several clients and she showed the same important qualities when addressing their needs. As a real estate broker I would highly recommend her and would use her services again.
