Tom Mason was referred to me and has been my attorney since 1996 when I bought my condo. He suggested contacts to refinance my condo and newly purchased home in 2004 because my condo wasn’t selling after four months. Before my first payment was due on the condo, it sold! He handled the refinancing and closing of both. He was my “Angel”. In 2022, he completed wills, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney documents for myself and my mother. Tom also explained to my young daughter (19) what she would need to do on each of the documents. I have confidence that he will also make sure she is guided at any time if needed. I know she trusts him and will ask for his help in the future. Currently, he is working on a real estate project with me, family members and a broker to see what the best outcome would be. Tom is a person you can trust. He is respectful. He is knowledgeable, asks questions and makes sure that you understand everything. He is direct and not condescending. He calls you back in a reasonable amount of time, if not immediately. His personality makes it easy to talk to him compared to other attorneys I have dealt with when working. Anyone he has referred me to has been reputable and easy to work with. I can say that he is one of a kind and represents himself honestly.
