My wife and I were moving from Massachusetts to Missouri, and we wanted to redo our wills and put our house in a trust before we moved. We contacted Tom a couple of weeks before our move, and he got it all done for us with time to spare. He made the process very easy for us, coming to our house to meet with us and then bringing the documents to us for signatures. One thing we appreciated about Tom was the fact that we never felt like he was talking above us. Tom is a regular guy who happens to be an attorney. That's being said in the most complimentary way possible. It was very refreshing. We will definitely be contacting Tom again the next time we need legal advice in Massachusetts. I want to write about my experience with Tom. I have had him as my lawyer for over 5 years. He has helped me with the loss of my son, an auto accident in which I received a very nice financial settlement and just this past week, an appeal of an auto accident I was found at fault in. It was very stressful and bothering me. He got the funding of fault and the surcharge against me vacated. It has saved me over $1,500.00 in penalties.
