Most recently Philip represented me in a case where I accidently became a landlord for a home I purchased with existing tenant who did not vacate before closing. From the efficient serving of the notice to quit tenancy via a peace officer, planning, timing and negotiation Philip was most knowledgeable of the Massachusetts legal pitfalls and provided excellent and timely counsel. Ultimately the tenant vacated and the matter was settled ahead of court date moving out in an acceptable timeframe. Thank you Philip and team for getting me out of this pickle.
