Attorney Philip Mann was extremely professional and would go over every detail of the process each time. I had very difficult tenants that refused to pay or leave. I learned, while in the process one had previously been evicted 4 times and the other had been evicted 3 times prior to me trying to get them out. They certainly knew how to play the game. Attorney Mann was able to negotiate with them to get them to sign an agreement for Judgement within 8 months. My place is in pretty bad shape, but I have regain back my property as intended. I would def hire Attorney Mann if I needed him again. If there is another time, I would call him right away instead of me trying to deal with it myself. Lesson Learned!

Deborah Gold-Alexander is the embodiment of what an excellent lawyer should be.
