Andrew was very good and very professional when we needed to evict a tenant for felonious criminal behavior and non payment of rent. He took us through the process efficiently and managed to resolve the situation at minimal cost to us, and all on the back of the SARS2CoV global pandemic. Given the amount of work and time Andrew put into this case his charges were also eminently fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Andrew as an able and honest Attorney able to negotiate legal issues surrounding the Landlord-Tenant situation.

We hired Andrew to help us evict a tenant. It was a long, ugly, expensive process. But, Andrew was a tremendous advocate for us and delivered a good outcome in this tough situation. His no-bs demeanor and reliable representation of our interests got us across the finish line. His fees are very reasonable and he was always available to answer questions.
