I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. Then don't say no one warned us. Stay away.

This is an all around five star team! We recently had a smooth and top notch professional real estate transaction with Zaheer team. They were knowledgeable and comfortable with the challenges and advised accordingly to build our confidence along the way. They are up to date with use of electronic forms/signatures, efficient, timely, and clear communication throughout. Will keep as our go - to for the next legal challenge.

I agree with Anatoliy. Beware doesn’t even begin. If you are a landlord stay far away. I’m not sure if that is an automatic response as I am not able to reply. We had conversations, texts and emails about the details of my dissatisfaction. However if you would like to call and discuss again I would be more than happy to. It looks like you took down your response to my review. Why respond if it wasn’t sincere?

Jay Zaheer is the attorney you are looking for if you have any tenant/landlord issues!! Jay gets straight to the point, no sugar coding and is very honest every step of the way. Not to mention, he is a beast in the court room!!! Jay and his team (Dan & Tieara) were amazing at always responding to every email promptly and addressing every single question or concern i had along the way. I cannot be more proud of the team I hired to get out of this nightmare tenant issue i had, Jay crushed it with no problem just like he said he would! He took all the weight off my shoulders and did his job right and WON MY CASE!. Dont look any further, this is the type of attorney you need on your side!! Jay came highly recommended by an associate and now im happy to say i highly recommend him!!!
