The most undependable attorney I know. Says he’ll do stuff, like serve the plaintiff and then finds out he never did. Never calls back and just constantly lies to you. I ended up firing him over a month ago and he’s told me his withdrawal and refund are in the mail. Horrible horrible person. If anyone in the Salem area thinks he has an office there, his office is a Post Office Box. Very very shady Dan Dunn

Hired James for a family court matter and even though he didn’t answer all the time probably because I was always paranoid lol he won and got me able to stay in Florida with sole physical and legal custody!
