Attorney Brian Simoneau is the absolute best in the business. If I had known how seamless he could make the appeal process, I would have hired him well over a year ago. Counselor Simoneau provided me excellent service. He helped abate an out of state driving infraction which occurred several years ago, cost a $500 license reinstatement fee to avoid license suspension and significant increase in my insurance premiums. Through only three virtual and prompt discussions, Counselor Simoneau addressed the matter and provided a path forward to remove the infraction and return the reinstatement fees. Further, the cost for the services were affordable and, in fact, generated savings when compared to the costs I would have experienced in higher insurance premiums over the next 3 years. Finally the whole matter was quickly completed. From first discussion to abatement was less than 6 weeks total. I highly recommend his services.
