I was facing a 10 year license suspension for an IID violation and planned to take on the RMV myself. Thankfully I made the choice to connect with Brian! Thanks to him the RMV is reinstating my license, and all I had to do was appear for the hearing. This is a huge relief, and without the expertise Brian brought to the appeal I would most likely be without a license for a decade!

Attorney Simoneau was very straight forward with me as to what he needed me to do and what requirements I had to fulfill. He also told me of necessary classes I needed to take and documentation that I needed to obtain in order to get my license back. After getting a letter saying my license was being suspended for maybe 10 years because I missed several times blowing into ingtion interlock device.
This would have devastating to my life, marriage, Work . I called Brian and he started working on my case immediately. He got us a hearing with the RMV. The RMV ruled in my favor not suspending my license and with no penalty. I would highly recommend Brian for any issues regarding your license. He was excellent for me.
