Fell asleep during opposing side deposition. Lost paperwork. Requested duplicate and triplicate copies of documents previously submitted. Subsequently billed two and three times for same items. Combined billings into statements, requested clarification of each statement then billed me for that time spent. On and on, he tried to increase his billing. then he filed a false claim against me for failure to pay. Never sent notices as such & later learned about lein on property he failed to release from registry of deeds. Shameful , awful made me sick.
