Becoming a homeowner for the first time is an extremely nerve wracking and time consuming process. You are putting everything out on the line and are not really sure what steps to take. Kerin was excellent in answering any legal questions and guiding us through the process smoothly. She was extremely available, flexible and detail-oriented as well as very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home for the first time and I wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future.
