I recently had need of help correcting an old quitclaim deed on a property in Newbury. I live in Colorado now and needed to do this via phone, email, google meet and snail mail. After calling 2 other attorneys in the area several times and never getting a reply, I took another look at attorneys in the area who did title work and discovered the father son team of Phillip Parry Sr. and Jr. They replied to my inquiry in less than an hour. Within a matter of a few weeks they accomplished the task with great ease on my end and efficiency on theirs. I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They are knowledgable, professional, serious about doing their work well yet friendly and easy to work with.

Service was quite good and responsive up till the closing which for us was a rather unpleasant experience. We felt quite pressured to purchase owners' title insurance through them rather than shop for our own.

If I ever have occasion to recommend a real estate attorney or need title work they would be the only consideration. Great folks to work with.

They did good work for me. Caught the second lot that belonged with the property without being told; the primary lot with the house was the only one in the listing. Day of the closing, there was patience to work through issues. And their pricing is very good.
