I can not say enough wonderful things about Christopher DiBella. He is an amazing lawyer, and counsel. I would use him again, and refer others as well to use his services.

I was in a car accident and my boss wanted to help me out by giving me his lawyer. However, that lawyer was not experienced in this field and put me and my lawsuit in a terrible position. It took over two years before he decided to tell me to find someone else and didn't recommend anyone. During those two years, I heard from him a handful of times. When I started searching for a new lawyer, I was dealing with PTSD and more than enough stress. I just wanted this to be over. Christopher DiBella had a family member that was in a serious car accident. He just understood. He let me cry my eyes out and then held my hand through the process. He was caring. It meant the world. It was a breath of fresh air. I wish I met him at the beginning of this all. Christopher kept in touch and was on top of it all. He finished the case and sent me a call to tell me the great news. He had the same level of excitement as me. I would recommend him to anyone!

I was injured in a car accident during a head on collision with a drunk driver. I could not travel. Chris came to my home for a consultation and kept me well informed thereafter. He stayed on top of the case and was always available to me when I had questions. Chris set realistic expectations and met those expectations. In the end, I accepted a settlement out of court as was my preference. However, before I accepted, Chris was able to negotiate an increase of more than 20% over their initial offer. Chris then also negotiated down the total cost of my medical expenses to be paid from that settlement. I am thoroughly pleased with the service he provided.
