My husband and I recently met with Attorney Matt Marcus of Colucci/Colucci & Marcus on two occasions regarding our Estate Planning. Matt was extremely thorough in his explanation to the process, which can be quite overwhelming to many. He valued our time with him as he was such an attentive listener. As with some Attorneys, they often upsell their clients with unnecessary services. This was not the case with Matt. He understood exactly what our Estate Planning needs were and targeted on the appropriate legal documents necessary. Matt’s legal team at Colucci/Colucci & Marcus is very friendly and possess a high level of professionalism. Our documents were quickly mailed to us in a high quality organized binder. I had an excellent experience with the law firm Colucci/Colucci/Marcus and in particular Matthew Marcus, Esquire. I reached out to attorney Matthew Marcus, after a recommendation I received from a friend, to do my estate planning. He was incredibly responsive, almost immediately, and I was so pleased to hear he would be coming to my home to give me an overview. I decided to proceed with the process, and again, the documents were drawn up for me to review and he made another in-house visit to review. I found attorney Marcus to be extremely knowledgeable in the field of estate planning, as I had dealt with a previous firm and was given false information. I was relieved to hear his expertise on Irrevocable Trusts. After a few changes were made, the final documents were drawn up, originals recorded with the Registry of Deeds, and a binder with completed 5 documents was mailed to my house. I gave Colucci/Colucci & Marcus 5 stars as they check all the boxes with good quality, excellent value, extremely professional and responsive. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Our previous attorney took several weeks to do our wills. Asked him for trust and never got it. Spoke with a friend who highly recommended Matt Marcus. Within a couple of weeks (and the delay was because of things that my wife and I had to decide), we had our wills, health care proxies, power of attorney, and a revocable trust done to our complete satisfaction. Also, Mary Volpe walked us thorough the signing, witnessing and notarizing processes very smoothly. This is the best legal experience that I have ever had and I'm 77 years old.

Most recently I worked with Matt to draw up estate planning documents and before that I worked with Mary Volpe on a MassHealth application. Matt is always very quick to respond to my requests. Mary was wonderful to work with as well, always answering my questions in a timely manner even during the COVID19 pandemic. Both Matt and Mary are very responsive, professional and courteous. When in need I will not hesitate to retain their services again.
