I started working with Matt about a year ago, after my father had fallen and I needed to get all his paperwork in order. All of the documents and terminology were very new to me, but Matt took the time to explain ( and re-explain ) until we felt knowledgeable about what we were signing. He was always reachable, either by text or email, and promptly replied or directed me to the appropriate person.
