I recently needed to establish a trust for my Mother's Estate in a bit of a hurry and was extremely impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of Mr. Matt Marcus. My Mom is 84 and a bit confused at times, but Matt showed patience and a genuine care for her situation which I did not anticipate.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for services or advice in dealing with estate planning.
I wish there was a 10 Star rating I could bestow on this firm and Matt in particular!

My husband and I were in need of a thorough review of our very dated will. Mr. Marcus came to our home and made what could have been a challenging process easy to understand, and in a very timely fashion. He devised a comprehensive estate plan that included our wills, health care proxies, durable power of attorney and a revocable trust. The entire process was uncomplicated and gives us great peace of mind!

Matt Marcus did such a great job on my parents' estate planning that I worked with him on my own estate planning. He was very thorough and detailed in answering my questions regarding the documents. The turnaround was speedy, and overall it was an effortless process, thanks to Matt's expertise.

I rarely write reviews but for Matt Marcus I felt I had to write one.
My husband and I contacted Matt at the recommendation of a friend for whom he had done estate planning.
Matt met with us at our home and provided answers to all our questions and provided expert recommendations to best legally protect our estate. He also promptly replied to any additional questions we had.
He prepared our last Will and Testaments free of charge; something unheard of attorneys.
We highly recommend Matt and his law firm and will continue to use his expertise as our situation changes.

My husband and I just recently used Matt Marcus to help us prepare documents we needed for our will, power of attorney and health proxy forms, etc., and we would highly recommend him! I was looking for an attorney to do Estate Planning and I was referred to Matt Marcus by three different friends who don't even know each other. I called him and I was so very impressed. Matt came to my mother's apartment (housecall!) to discuss estate planning. He was courteous and patient with the questions we asked. His advice was to do less legal work, not more, as her case is pretty straightforward. Still, he provided advice, as well as the basic will and power of attorney forms she needed, all without charging a thing! I would definitely go back to Matt if there are any future needs.
