Andrew is amazing. I had tried to sell my house through short sale in 2013 using a large company. I lost two short sales throughout that process and was ready to go to in lieu. I was referred to Andrew through an Attorney. It was the best thing I have ever done - really. What took the other company 6 months without success, Andrew got through in less than 2 months. Andrew was efficient, swift and attentive throughout the process. It felt like I had someone in my corner!
