Untrustworthy. Staying far away.
He gotten habits not paying for services and got away because no formal written contractual agreements. No verbal services with him.
He failed to paying for advertisements of his firm on the Newspaper in Boston that distributing to many other cities.
He failed to paying me for my times of translations.

Andrew helped us close on an investment property and we would definitely use him again. He was able to explain all terms very simply and was even willing to review our tenant agreements. Andrew was a great help to me and my partner who were asked to leave our apartment after only one month into the lease so the landlord could sell her property. He gave us quick and easy to understand information so we could negotiate the early lease termination. He was willing to chat on the phone or through text and suggested I forward his contact information to my landlord for more work if necessary. I highly recommend him.
