Excellent communication and client support
“Dealing with people during your most vulnerable time is sometimes very stressful. But when you have someone walking with you it's a lot easier. I had been recommended to this firm by a friend and I was hesitant because I didn't know the ins and outs again I was vulnerable and didn't know what to do. Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Currently waiting status of my MVA case. I have been making endless amount of phone calls to outpatient clinics, and to Smeloff office. Playing middle man, because they are failing to do "THEIR JOB" to finish my case, let alone even communicate with me the client the status of my case.”

Unprofessional and unethical practices
“If I could give a negative star review I would have. This "business" is the biggest joke beyond all jokes. Not one professional person in the office, including Smeloff himself! Numerous voicemails in a different language, poor communication and the attitude were all horrible. I will never use this "business" nor will I ever refer anyone here.”
