No words can express how thankful I am for Lauren Van Iderstine! My late husband had an active case with her, unfortunately he passed before they could settle, but she continued to fight for him and our 13 & 17 year old children and I mean she put her heart into this case which was such a relief for me during this difficult time in our lives. All I could do is be there for my children and she was there for us. THANK YOU a million times thank you Lauren. Five stars are not enough for you and your firm.

I truly wish I could give half a star. I was hit in April 2022 by someone on the road going over 90mph. They hit me and another car while driving with a suspended license. Eye witness pulled over to state that car just passed them going easily 90. It’s a no brainer case. Somehow two years later my case is still going. I NEVER hear from them, unless I call. And when you do call your leaving a voicemail and hearing back from them a week or so later (I say THEM because my lawyer has pawned me off to someone else and someone else about 4 times) I couldn’t tell you to this day who my lawyer on my case is. It’s been 2 years. The first guy they gave me everyone I talked to since said he had no idea what he was doing and shouldn’t have been in the company. So you would think once he leaves ,knowing he was garbage, that all of his clients would be this companies first priority. NOT AT ALL. They just left you hanging wondering what’s going on. So after hearing nothing for months you call and they started negotiating!!! Without ever talking to me or introducing themselves or even telling me thats where we were in the process. Which how could we be negotiating if no one has asked for my migraine journal I’ve been keeping the last year like one of the 4 lawyers told me to do. Without asking if I had any paperwork or reports, which I did. Without even contacting my doctor to see if I was put on any meds or received treatment for these migraines… which I have. Wihtout knowing I had a concussion and then to the er the next day. Without looking at the police report and knowing there was eye witnesses that pulled over. Without even looking into why the kids liscense was suspended. Which It was suspended for speeding and receiving his 3rd speeding ticket. So he got in his moms car and sped. I did alllll research for them. I legitimately did their job for them. I called around places and tried to get things moving because they didn’t. Every time I CALLED I got the same answer for over 7 months. Oh we’re waiting for a response from the other insurance. So the other insurance can take 7 months to reply? They can take however long they want? Sounds inaccurate. Like 50% of the things the first lawyer told me. Everything I was told by the first lawyer…. The one who had my case the longest, over a year, I was told to forget or take with a grain of salt because he didn’t know what he was talking about. How professional!!! So after two years and doing all the work for them I got my Final offer. Pennies. NOTHING compared to my suffering. Legit pennies. 8 grand. 8 GRAND I AM GETTING. My friend fell in the mall years ago hurt her elbow and got 9 lollll. Concussions. Beta blockers for the migraines for the rest of my life. Er room. Chiropractor for 5 months. Jaw clicking for the rest of my life (permanent damage) Totaled car I just bought flat out 5 weeks earlier. SO much pain and suffering. I did the work. And I end up with nothing. I don’t even know who my lawyer WAS because now I just speak to the negotiator. I’m blown away at the complete incompetence of this company. I am SOOOOO mad at myself for picking this law firm. Please don’t end up like me. Pick a company you actually see commercials for. Pick a company that hires people that know what they’re doing. After over 2 years of nothing but frustration I just want this over. Don’t even up like me. Pick someone else

My experience was exceptionally great! Attorney Adam Becker was very through and very experienced. He was also helpful and kind. I had a positive experience and I highly recommend him!

2 years ago I slipped and fell and had a devastating knee injury,,,I called keches and was represented by attorney Adam Becker ,,, the process took awhile due to multiple surgeries,,, during that time Adam kept in close touch with me to keep up on my progress,,,when it was time to settle Adam showed the experience and professionalism that he has and explained every step of the process and ultimately worked out a great settlement,,,i am very happy with all the work my lawyer did and the outcome,,,if I need legal representation for any future injuries I know just who to call,,,

All you need to do is listen to this companies radio ads to know they have mental issues (more than the normal lawyer) and should be avoided

I slipped and fell on the job on December 9, 2022. And the judge ordered Liberty Mutual to pay for my Surgery, 2 days before Thanksgiving, 2023. Liberty Mutual Attorney told Dr. Kirsch they would only pay 10% of the cost for my surgery. I need a total left shoulder replacement. I notified my Attorney: Sarah Farrell and explained to her what Liberty Mutual was trying to do, in December? To this date, I haven't heard from my Attorney. I am believing I have been sold out. My case isn't making any sense at all. I am going to notify other persons about my case, to help me understand what happened. Have my Attorney been $$$$ out! This just doesn't make sense! I am going to notify the Attorneys board.

If I could give this a 10 star I would! Kaylene was my attorney and she was amazing! She kept me in the loop the entire process and made me feel so comfortable and supported! I highly recommend using her for your attorney!

I am very disappointed with trying to talk with anyone from this firm. I was referred through Atticus law and they called initially and was told I would hear from someone from the law firm. A woman called and told me I need to hire them to talk with a lawyer. They then sent a docusign contract. They sent me that ten times. I have never heard back. I still have not heard from these people. I find the whole process disturbing. It lacks civility

I tore both of my rotator cuffs at work after 10 years of the repetitive motion of my job. Unable to work I called Keches Law Group.
