Great firm, I was helped a lot by D’Zyre who was the case manager for my accident that messed up my back quite a bit, after she explained the process and was extremely communicative I got my settlement and peace of mind back.

When I got in my car accident I was extremely nervous to look for an attorney to represent me. My case manager Lily was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop about my case every time something updated. I sought out Smeloff & Associates through a referral from a friend. I was initially very hesitate at reaching out but eventually did and got in contact with Richard. Richard answered the first time I called and made me feel at ease about proceeding with my process. He set up a next day convenient time for a meet and greet to discuss what I wanted.
