This guy is a hack, he might be one of the largest in Massachusetts but so is McDonalds. He and his associates probably have very little experience fighting in bankruptcy court. He wants straight forward simple cases. I have student loans which ARE DISCHARGEABLE, you have to fight and convince the judge. He wanted no part of that. I would look else where.

This place is a joke, I have been in and out of the hospitals and out of work related to the back injury and you think they asked for any of those records EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM, nope. Good thing I took an internship with the AG office a while back and kept in touch. Maybe an investigation will proceed.....

This place sucks the people that are working there don’t get back to you the lady I had working my case Josephine seems like she wasn’t trying to help me I feel like they just didn’t care every time I had questions she could never answer my questions she would say I don’t know I will not recommended this place to nobody not even my Enemy this will be the first and last time I would ever go there

By far the easiest and most convenient settlement ever, the assistant was very cooperative and communicated through the process and it only took a few months

Highly recommend this attorneys office they have one of the most kind and caring case workers though many workers there might not be fully engaged in there work Maria and Marissa are they really care about there patients and try and help you the best they can and making sure everything is running smoothly with no problems. I believe it’s a way you treat a worker that causes them to be a certain type of way. Though I do not personally kno the life of everyone in that office I could truly say most of them are very helpful and treat people how they would like to be treated. Richard is a wonderful attorney and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was ignorant to the way these cases play out and this attorney showed me the way...very patient...very easy going..this guy is the truth!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM!

The front desk is so unprofessional . Called the office and she was extremely rude and seems like she hates her job. If that’s the person people have to meet as soon as they walk in it just makes people not want to come back . I have not met the lawyer yet, but I came in for PI my car was total loss , I was pregnant and with my children in the car and what they got as an offer was a joke . I just hope this second time they are more on top of it and get what I deserve . Will update review once I meet the lawyer.
