I was referred to Allen Margulies by an old friend when I contacted him in a panic about a recent threatening IRS letter. Allen was more than an attorney. He was a calm, and reassuring presence whose extensive knowledge and skill helped my husband and me reach a reasonable arrangement with IRS. Since then (at this point, many years ago!) I have counted on Allen, and his staff to keep my husband and me on the right track with all our legal and tax needs. Allen is nothing short of a big-hearted expert, who knows how to work with those of us who see numbers and have no idea what to do with them. His rates are beyond reasonable, and I know that my stress level has dropped significantly since having Allen as a much valued resource in our lives. Frankly, at this time, I cannot imagine life and business without Allen. The man has a level of patience not often seen in those other than saints!
