This firm offered to potentially take my case on contingency. After hours of discussions and literal weeks had passed, they determined they would not. Obviously they are under no obligation to take my case on contingency. My issue with this firm is their lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. I was traumatized by my experience at work, and this prolonged intake process ensured I got to repeat my traumatic experience several times. This likely would have been fine if Chuck was at all sympathetic, but he was instead dismissive of my feelings and talked over me. Any lawyer worth their salt knows that most clients come in during one of the worst times in their lives. This one does not.

I just closed on a home in Wayland and Tammy was most effective in helping put the deal together. It was a short sale and these are always difficult, but she got it done realitively quickly. Plus we were able with Tammy's expertise to negotiate a lower price once under contract! Fantastic!

I had the opportunity to work with David Scimone and his staff for the closing on my house. He and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend him and his staff if you need a law office for a closing.

I cannot convey completely just how helpful and easy to work with these guys are. Everything was laid out in front of me - options and possible outcomes from the choices I would make. Most importantly was the communication factor - I felt like their only client in spite of the fact they are a very large group. We worked with Scott Sellers in our home-buying process, and he was everything we could have hoped for and more. He was timely, easy to reach, and knowledgeable about the process. When there was a snowstorm expected on the morning of our closing, he was flexible and able to arrange for us to get all of the documents signed and sent prior to the storm hitting, which allowed us to close on time and move-in that weekend.
