We had a very good home buying experience ! Scott Sellers is very friendly and has pretty good knowledge on all the aspects of the local real estate legal process. Scott helped resolve the clarifications needed by the mortgage underwriter regarding the parcel of land on which the property is present. If i had to do it myself i would have had to go in circles trying to figure out what to do. Thanks to Scott and Hornung & Scimone PC. If i am buying another house in future or have to recommend any of my family and friends, Scott will be our legal representative !
