Looking back, I cannot imagine what would have happened had we not chosen Kathryn as our attorney for selling our condo: after months working in vain, which could have led to litigation, Kathryn's professionalism, persistence and deep thinking allowed us to close our sale on time. Everything was going well until prior to closing, when my only neighbor refused to provide a document we required to sell our condo. My canny neighbor went through great labor to delay the process, but my great team's collaboration (Kathryn as my attorney, and Weina Shi as my agent) did not skip a beat in making it happen for us. The story in two week's time could take at least 3 chapters to write, so imagine... From economic perspective to her service is worth more than quadruple her charge. Just think of any loose chain in this time sensitive process, and the satisfaction we received when the deal went through. In comparison to the attorney from my last purchase (I used the one offered from the mortgage company), I cannot express sufficient gratitude to Kathryn's legal service. I urge anyone who thinks a real estate attorney is just a mechanical process that takes no more than template filling (as I used to) to consider the possibility of this much more involved process. You won't regret adding Kathryn to your team, that is my guarantee.

Scott was one of the best decisions we made when we started going through the process of buying a house. He was responsive in communicating with us, which is a huge deal to me.
