Great service and excellent people

We worked with Scott Sellers at Hornung & Simone for the purchase of our very first home. He negotiated the P & S as well as looking over subsequent documents from our mortgage provider and the closing documents. I have absolutely no complaints, Scott made himself very available to us, sent us documents in a timely manner and acted as our advocate when the sellers were dragging their feet a little. He took the time to answer all our questions, either by email or by phone for more complex questions. When we needed advice on some closing details he was even willing to arrange a call Sunday morning. I'd say that's above and beyond. I would certainly retain his services again :)

Chelsea and team made our first home buying experience super smooth, fast, and straightforward. No legalese or jargon – just plain English regarding all important factors. She helped us adjust our agreement to get us more benefits, and was able to pull everything together within our two-week closing time. Buying a house is not a walk in the park situation; at least for us it was a lot of stress and concern before starting the process. But let me tell you, after we were in contact with attorney Chelsea M. Doogan, (from Hornung & Scimone PC) the concerns decreased a lot. Chelsea was always available and ready to walk us through the documents and requirements. The way she communicates is clear, easy to follow and right to the point.
