We worked with Hornung & Scimone on the sale of our old and purchase of our new home. They were great - always available for questions, very personable and always willing to fight for our interests in both deals. The deals were quite complicated due to a number of issues with the new house (title issues, probate issues, inspection issues, appraisal issues, water test issues). It was a tough process, but they kept us covered legally and even helped negotiate concessions to keep the deal alive. They did a great job for us and we highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. They kept changing contacts on me and waited FIVE MONTHS from the time I mailed them my completed disability application until they submitted it to the SSA. The people working at SSA will help you for free, it's their job! They have no idea what they're doing.
