Worked with Scott Sellers Esc. on a home buying deal. it was an estate with the other attorney not being a pro in real-estate. Scott masked all the complexity for us and made sure everything was competed within 45 days from offer to closing. He also served as attorney for our lender which made things simpler to manage. We were very satisfied with the service, communication availability on and off hours, and general kindness.
