From my first work with her of going over the P+S, reviewing the important details of that contract and answering any questions I had on it, to the day of the closing itself, where she had all the paperwork ready to go and went step by step, reviewing each document, explaining my obligations on it and ensuring it was complete and proper; Kathryn was always very prepared, prompt and professional.

We thought we would pass on the experience that we had dealing with Scott Sellers at Hornung & Scimone PC as he was amazing!!!! We had one of those crazy house selling/closings that involved a contractor, a neighbor, a land swap and a pass from everyone before we got some of them back to the table to do the deal and Scott was there for every step of the way. After 50 emails and 4 P&S's the deal actually closed before the year was done and everything worked out for my mother-in-law who was selling her home after 60 years and we have Scott to thank for it.
