We were absolutely thrilled with using Hornung & Scimone PC as our representation through the home buying process. We worked closely with one of their attorney's, Kathryn C., and she was exceptional. She was extremely communicative, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased a unit in a duplex, which also led to some complications in the process, and Kathryn made sure that there was language in our purchase agreement that protected us from future disputes with the other unit in our condo. We HIGHLY recommend using H&S as your representation in your home buying process. And request Kathryn Collins if you can! You will not be disappointed.

Scott Sellers was great to work with! My husband and I worked with him on the purchase of a short sale house between November '19-February '20. He answered all of our questions, gave us helpful advice, let us know what to expect, and kept us up to date on the (long) process before the bank approved the short sale. Once the short sale was approved Scott and his team were on the ball to get us ready to close ASAP! I would definitely recommend working with Scott on a home purchase, even on a more complicated one like a short sale.
