My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Melissa Gaboury during the purchase of our first home. I was relatively clueless when it came to the process, and Melissa was endlessly patient and explained every aspect of the legal process and the paperwork as we marched through it. She is also, quite possibly, the most organized person I've ever met! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My girlfriend and I were referred to Kathryn Collins through our realtor and we are glad we were. Kathryn and her team were on the ball, attentive and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we did not really have a clue what we were doing, but Kathryn made everything so simple and easy. She explained everything we needed to sign, why we were signing it, and set it up so we could e-sign online. The closing was streamlined and easy. We cannot rate Kathryn's work high enough.
