I couldn't have had a better lawyer. Tim fought for me and was able to get me a settlement as a result. He did an excellent job representing me. I can't think of anything he could have done better.

Atty Rodden was a great representative in my case. He walked me through different scenarios/outcome and provided me information that helped me make the best decision. Tim not only listened to me, he HEARD me which really makes a difference when you have a story that needs to be told in order to receive the justice you believe you deserve. He was professional, available, and responsive. I did feel that Atty Rodden had my back and represented me fully. I also felt that he had a good understanding of the law surrounding my case yet he spent time researching similar cases to be sure we presented ourselves accurately. Attorney Rodden responded promptly to my initial inquiry, which concerned a suspension of my Massachusetts driver's license in June 2018. He scheduled a meeting with me the following week. I was satisfied that he was knowledgeable about the registry and its license suspension/reinstatement process. After I hired him and his firm, he assisted me in filing an appeal of the suspension. When the RMV notified us that my appeal would be heard in District Court about 2 months after our request, Attorney Rodden accompanied me to the hearing and made a concise presentation of my case. Within a few days we received a Finding and Order from the Court to reinstate my license. The reinistatement was done within 7 days of the hearing when I appeared in person at the RMV office in Wilmington MA. Attorney Rodden also responded promptly when, on August 24, 2018, I received an incorrect duplicate of the June 2018 suspension letter from the RMV. The RMV had stated on the telephone to me that this was an error on their part. To confirm this, Attorney Rodden sent a letter dated September 7, 2018 to the RMV on my behalf. We are awaiting written confirmation from the RMV. Throughout, I believe that my case was handled professionally, promptly, and in a courteous manner. I would not hesitate to turn to Attorney Rodden and/or his firm if I should need this sort of assistance in future.

Rodden was very helpful. he’s very friendly and smart. I consulted him on my case and he was very informative. I really appreciate the Advice I got from him.

My issue was an extended warrantee insurance claim that the insurance company was playing hard ball. Attorney Rodden wasn't able to represent me because the car and the insurance policy were purchased in New Hampshire. He suggested I contact the New Hampshire Insurance Department. I took his advise. After being contacted by the NH Insurance Department the insurance company decide to pay for a new $22,500 engine. Thanks Tim!
