My wife and I used Canner Law & Associates when we were buying a condo recently. It was new construction, which we soon learned was a long and agonizing process. They were fantastic in getting this done for us and if it had not been for them we would have lost the condo due to our lender not budging on a few points (To which Canner Law & Associates fought). In the end we were able to close, but along the way the process was easy with them. They were quick to respond, took our calls when we had questions and were great with their overall communication along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
