Great real estate attorneys. Fast p&s and closings

Excellent experience. As a real estate agent, I work with many attorneys and closing companies. They represented my client (the buyer) and did the closing. Everything went so smoothly, I barely had to do anything. This may be the first transaction where I didn't even have to talk directly with the lender. Also, Lydia works 24/7. If I write an email to her at 2am, I get a reply by 2:15am. It's amazing. Bonus: unlike my previous favorite title company, these folks have offices EVERYWHERE in MA. Probably within a short drive of the property. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the attorney with whom I worked on this transaction!

Through no fault of Kriss Law, we had a hair-raisingly tense and highly fraught closing on our home purchase... but one of the few saving graces was David Cuttler and the Kriss Law team. This was our first time working with them but we cannot recommend David highly enough and will refer friends to this group going forward. He's a total pro and he was right there when we needed him most.

Worked with Rahul A. on a sell/buy over the end of 2022 into the beginning of this year. Boy was the process and market crazy, but Rahul and his team were with me the whole way. They entertained my frustration/anxiety/nervousness driven questions thoughtfully and guided me well along my way.
