We were so happy with her as she made a very emotional and personal time in our lives easier on us. She guided us every step of the way. She was very supportive, professional and responsive. Her assistant Joanne was nothing short of kind and compassionate and very helpful with all my questions. Thank you for helping us through this difficult and painful process.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Susan Rossi Cook. She not only gave bad legal advice, but she also behaved in a very unprofessional manner. She spent too much time talking about her personal life and did not seem at all interested in discussing my situation. She was not transparent about her fees either. She was paid promptly after the meeting according to her own verbal instructions. Two months later she sent an additional bill, which was a total surprise. The total fee was completely unreasonable. I would not recommend her to anyone for any reason. She should not be practicing.

This woman has no heart at all. She lied to me about the most important things in life. When someone lies about little things, like Susan does so freely every day, why shouldn't she be able to lie about the big things? Right in your eye she will look and lie to you. She doesn't care. It was so devastating, on top of everything else, to realize this. Double the hell.

Susan is very professional. She is very resourceful while focusing on the facts and setting the emotions aside. Susan fully supports her clients while being thorough to assure she has it right. She is pleasant and attention to the details. I have the utmost respect for Susan and highly recommend her for any family matter services.

Susan was so professional and more than helpful! She wrote my Will, Healthcare Proxy and Power of Attorney. She got everything done so fast for me due to me running into health issues and being extremely nervous. She was extremely kind, very responsive and very prompt. She got it done so quickly for me which took a huge burden off of me! She is amazing and great at what she does! I would highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience with Attorney Susan Rossi Cook. She communicated with me in a respectful manner, and was always prompt in her responses. The nature of Attorney Cook’s appointment required her to talk to my child in regard to sensitive subjects that I would imagine would be very difficult for a minor child. My child informed me that they were extremely comfortable with her and enjoyed talking to her. Attorney Cook’s legal assistant, Dori, was also very sincere and a pleasure to communicate with. Additionally, Susan Rossi Cook was very thorough in her services in which she was tasked to do. She’s very articulate while remaining down to earth and approachable.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I don't know how these people are still in business. An absolute nightmare to work with. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
