I had a great experience with Kriss Law. They kept me informed throughout the process and came to my home for the closing. Larissa was knowledgeable and personable and before I knew it we were done. It really could not have gone any smoother!

They took care of my refinance in May 2020. Everything went well at the time but they forgot to get a title release from the previous mortgage holder. When I asked for additional information, they claim to hire a third party to take care of the title. Also that I should call the third party not Kriss law, as they are not in charge of this process, which I have a problem as I hired Kriss law not the third party. I have been trying to get this resolved since Mid September and I still don't have a title release. In addition, I try emailing and calling various parties in the firm and feedback for the last two weeks.

Attorney Larissa Demirs was wonderful to work with. She arrived at our home promptly and we sat outside, 6-ft apart with masks. She outlined everything up front and the closing took about 45 minutes. She was friendly and professional and I highly recommend working with her.

Kriss law has helped us through closing our first mortgage in 2019, and now refinancing on that property in 2020. They are a first class firm, and I trusted them every step of the way. She was super knowledgeable about MA real estate law, and was extremely flexible with time/location (our own house at 9pm on a weekday!). They screwed up the discharge filings for our home, and it took them 4 months to correct it, which held up our refinance. Steer clear!
