I used Kriss law for my refinance closing on recommendation from our lender. Everyone I dealt with, from the owner to the notary, were very responsive and professional. The no contact closing was very easy and convenient.

They made an error with the wording in my refinance documents which required my signatures again. However, when the notary came for the signatures he brought several other documents and he couldn’t tell me why I needed to sign them. Then I was threatened by the lawyer the next day, because I refused to sign documents that I didn’t understand.
They’re disorganized, incompetent, and arrogant.

They sent a notary to the closing who was totally unprepared and didn't have a copy of the deed to sign.
