This is the worst place to ever go to. They do not use proper law language, they do not do what they say they will do and they are |inverted^.

This firm assisted with both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new home, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, care and attention to detail. There were a few unforeseen snags along the way (not their fault) but Marc Canner was there at every step of the process to reassure me that we would make it to the finish line, and we did! Buying and selling property is streeful but know you are in good hands with Canner Law - highly recommend!

Excellent experience with the experts at Canner Law. Marc and his entire team were highly responsive, and coordinated multiple parties through a tricky new home purchase situation, managing everything on my behalf in a very timely fashion. Whole team is a pleasure to work with - they really work as a team on their clients' behalf.

Stressful and Horrible Experience There were so many issues and stressful moments having Simon as a lawyer and with the staff lawyer Christine who was assigned to my case. Christine was very rude and unprofessional; her communication skills were awful. Simon missed a due date that I wasn't aware of and called me 3 days AFTER the due date looking for the information. I sent the document within 2 days of notification from Simon, which now made the document 5 days late, by the time the document was sent to opposing counsel, it was 10 days past the original due date. Another similar situation occurred within 2 months of this missed due date. Simon sent a portion of an email from the opposing counsel to me regarding a request to send documents as required by an Order. I didn't have any knowledge of the Order at the time of the email sent by Simon. Simon sent the email request to me 1 week after the Order date. Some of the requested documents were previously sent to Simon. I worked on assembling the documents later that night into the early hours of the next morning just to get the documents to him ASAP. This created another stressful situation for me. Simon sent an email to me with regards to the deposition containing only the deposition notice; the email from Simon didn't contain any verbiage or any strategy on how he would handle the deposition just the deposition notification attachment. The email didn't contain any information as to whether or not Simon would be present at the deposition. I had to ask Simon what was the plan for handling the deposition. I responded to the email that I wasn't happy about the deposition and told him why I wasn't happy, which we discussed several times before. When coronavirus became prevalent in March 2020, I sent an email to Simon asking him about the plan to continue with my case with coronavirus affecting business operations. I asked Simon to reach out to the group handling the case to determine the new timeline. Simon responded via email to my email and indicated he wanted to wait until the ban was lifted to contact the group handling my case find out the plan. All work on my case prior to coronavirus was being done completely through emails, so there wasn't any reason to stop continuing to work on my case as the group handling the case clearly posted on their website that cases would still proceed and be processed via email. I sent Simon an email showing him the information on the company website stating they were still operational and there was not a reason for not continuing to work on my case during the coronavirus shutdown. With all the mishaps that happened with my case, I believed my case was on track to be a loss especially since due dates were being missed without my knowledge. After using coronavirus as a reason not to continue work on my case, I couldn't continue with the stress and sought a new lawyer. The new lawyer fought hard for my case. He communicated with me on the progress of my case truly cared about my case. I had a successful outcome with my new lawyer and was thankful to have him as my lawyer. My experience was the opposite of my experience with Simon, it was stress free and pleasurable.

I have both sold and bought home's leveraging Canner Law and they have been fantastic both times. The sale in particular was not the easiest but Marc helped with balanced and sound legal advice and support throughout. They are extremely responsive and efficient - I highly recommend.

I am so fortunate that Kimberly Fisher was our attorney in the recent sale of our home. From the beginning, she clearly and concisely explained the process and the cost and I immediately felt comfortable hiring her. Throughout the process she was very responsive to my questions - even on weekends. She always kept me in the loop on all correspondence and emails related to my property. I especially appreciated the careful eye that she brought to the paperwork, to make sure my needs were her top priority. Very reassuring to know that throughout the process she was always looking out for my best interests!

Both experiences I've had with the whole Canner team (buying a home and now refinancing it) have been an absolute delight. Responsive, friendly, efficient, full of the right information, total pleasure to work with.

Everything was fantastic, efficient, and well-explained! I enjoyed meeting everyone at Canner Law, and everyone clearly cares about their clients. I was also very pleased with the COVID-19 safety measures.

Marc and his employees made a very difficult situation much better. We would not have been able to close without him. I would give Marc 10 stars if I could.
