I hired David Wilkinson and it was the best decision I could have made for my case. David is professional and experienced, and it shows in his results. He presents very well in front of the judge, which is also important. Everyone in the office I've interacted with has been professional and courteous.

My experience being represented by Wilkinson & Finkbeiner was as far as legal experiences go the best one could hope for! Attorney David Wilkinson and his staff were organized and fast moving in responding to my needs. I was put in a situation where I had to file time sensitive motions the same day as my initial contact and within 5 hours of calling the necessary motions were prepared and filed correctly with no issues. Any question I asked his team were answered in a very clear and concise manner as well as being answered promptly! My divorce was in Plymouth County, and David represented me against my abusive ex husband.We went to trial cause my ex husband was trying to get alimony. David was very prepared at the trial and we ended up with a extremely awesome judgement. Tge judge ordered that I dont have to pay alimony. David is extremely easy to talk to and definitely understand the divorce law.i would recommend him to everyone.

Experienced, knowledgeable, honest, and relaxed are all terms that comes to mind when I think of David. He helped me in a hard custody case of my daughter that I was pessimistic about having a positive outcome without a lot of money spent and court dates. He was able to negotiate in my favor outside of the court room and I believe helped me get a schedule that was the best for my daughter.
