A wonderful group of elder law attorneys with immense knowledge and professionalism. Working in Assisted Living it is common for our residents to utilize the services offered by ELA and S&B are a group we see working with our residents often and who I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone in need. Karen and Christa are also incredible in making sure that Dan and Michelle's names, along with Erin and their other attorneys, are well known in the professional marketplace. 10/10 would recommend Surprenant & Beneski!

These are the experts of elder law and estate planning here on the SouthCoast. The lawyers my mom, sister and I have worked with are down to earth and the work done was top notch and reasonable. They really cared about our interests and situations. I think the advice we got saved us a lot of time, hassle and money. I never had a feeling that any work recommended was more in the interest of padding the bill than being necessary to protect us in the end. Not every law firm specializes in elder law. This firm does. They do it well; they are ethical; and I feel that the lawyers know their stuff; and have a real interest in helping area families hold on to the fruits of their labor to pass on that legacy to their children and grandchildren. Highly recommend!

These people are awesome! They do what they say, if they say they will call at a certain time they do. Erin Nunes help me greatly when I couldn't get answers any where else and basically felt like I was reaching the last avenues. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Due to an accident, my elderly mother needed to be placed in a long-term care facility. To complicate the process, I live in Minnesota. Without assistance, I would not have been able to maneuver through the jungle of documents and applications to get my mother's nursing home care covered by MassHealth. With Attorney Dan Surprenant and Case Manager Silvia Sales I was in good hands! I worked most closely with Silvia and found her to be professional, highly knowledgeable, tenacious when the need arose, and empathetic. I don't tend to hand out 5 star ratings casually, but Silvia and Dan definitely deserve it.

The entire team at Surprenant & Beneski were great! We presented them with a case we desperately needed guidance with. Given the amount of stress on us, due to my mother’s illness, I thought at times we weren’t going to get through the total overwhelming chaos we were handed. But, we were assigned to work with Michelle and her case manager Silvia, and from the very beginning they took the load off of us, from day one. They are very knowledgeable in their field of work with estate, tax, medicaid & special needs planning. The team works hard for sure, and was worth every penny!

My family needed estate planning and Attorney Michelle Beneski was recommended by another member of the family. Michelle made it easy to understand the process and gave our family peace of mind that we would have all the legal documents we needed. Michelle and staff are very professional and knowledgable and easy to work with. In addition to estate planning, Michelle explained the process and case manager Silvia helped us gather documentation to apply for Medicaid for my mom who has Alzheimer's. Silvia kept us updated on the progress of the application and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Suprenant and Beneski!
