I am so happy that I chose Surprenant & Beneski, P.C. to handle my mother's estate planning. Coming to the table rather late in the process with my mother already so ill it was a frightening time for our family. Attorney Brandon Walecka and our liaison Silvia were two of the kindest most compassionate people to meet during an incredibly difficult time. They made the process so easy for us. There were so many complicated and difficult decisions that needed to be made and they both had great patience answering questions and making our comfort level with decisions much easier. Our family can't thank them enough.

I would like to thank Erin and her team at S and B for handling my moms affairs over the last 5 years. We were able to keep my mom in her home until age 90 with in home care and just recently transfereed to a long term care. Job well done to all who worked on my moms case.

Helpful and Informative but very eager to take your money, if you decide not to stay with them you receive a very cold letter in the mail stating that they are going to close your 📂 file immediately because they can't keep it open forever.

My mother recently met with Brandon about getting her “ducks in a row”. My sister and myself accompanied mom to the appointments. Brandon was great with explaining the process to all of us. Everyone we worked with at the office, were very professional and efficient. Our appointment for the signing was early, thank you to Marina for letting us in early and her friendliness was so nice. As soon as she started speaking portuguese with mom, mom felt so comfortable and they hit it off. Marina and Brandon did a great job explaing to mom all the documents she was signing. Thank you everyone for making this process comfortable, understanding and most importantly for mom, she left with peace of mind that everything was the way she wanted.

I met with Brandon for help with my dad. Brandon came to our house which was a big help as it is not easy for my dad to leave the house. My dad is portuguese and Brandon brought his assistant marina who my dad loved. the whole office was great to work with. my dad's paperwork was done quick and brandon and marina came back with jillian to sign at the house. thank you for making this easy and comfortable for my father.
