I will give 0 star if was possible. Terrible service. Rude secretary. And when I mentioned she as rude she said thank you.

We hired Attorney Ruff to begin a case for us regarding a septic system failure. He was enthusiastic and helpful at first. We provided him with all the material he would need to pursue. He sent out letters on our behalf and within 30 days told us that he had not received an offer to settle. I asked him to quote us a figure to continue pursuing recovery on our behalf. This was several months ago. I have left him numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails and he doesn't return our calls, texts or emails. Common courtesy if not interested or able to continue would be to simply reply and let us know instead of just dropping contact altogether.
