Tim took on my case at a time where a good deal of damage had already been done, exorbitant amounts of pleadings and motions were already filed, and like most attorneys, they’d prefer to handle a case or at least a matter from beginning to end. With that said, he wasn’t intimidated by the work load, and has a compassionate yet direct and firm (honest in my opinion) way about how he handles cases and clients. We have much to accomplish, but Tim is driven, likable, operates with morals and values, and seems to have a knack of simplifying complexities that don’t need to take up time or space moving forward, he certainly sees a big picture approach.
