Lack of attention to detail and preparation
“Tim failed to get the proper documents for court before our hearing. He never told me about any parenting class I needed to complete per our custody agreement so this painful process was further delayed the first time due to his failure to get necessary financial statements prior to all parties appearing before the Judge.”

“I simply can NOT afford more billable hours thru this lengthy process but due to failures on behalf of Mr. Horns & his staff I not only can't have the needed closure, court ordered scheduled visitation but Tim Horan has the nerve to charge me extra because we will again have to appear before a Judge after someone at his office FINALLY ensures I get the necessary info to complete a parenting class.”
