Arthur Kelly was the first lawyer I’ve ever had to use and it could not have gone better. He made everything very easy to understand, walked me through every step of the process, and in the end was able to get my case dismissed. He was incredibly professional but also spoke to me in a very straightforward manner which was appreciated and made everything very clear. He was there when I needed him and I would definitely go back to him in the future.

I have known Mr. Kelly for 20 years, and he has represented me several times for various issues. He is superbly skilled and knows exactly what he is doing. Moreover he is always on top of things and has helped me tremendously over the years. I wouldn't want anybody else.

Arthur Kelly represented me on several cases since 2020. I was charged with OUI-alcohol and OUI-drugs and he was able to have both charges dropped. Additionally, I had an assault case that he was able to get dismissed. Navigating through these legal issues during the pandemic was especially difficult; however, Arthur was always extremely accommodating and understanding. He was able to explain the charges as well as strategize my defense, which ultimately led to a successful outcome. I would highly recommend Arthur for any legal need. Attorney Kelly is the everyday person’s lawyer. I hired Attorney Kelly in 2019 to represent me on a very serious set of criminal indictments (white collar) in Superior Court, Massachusetts. The case finally ended in the Summer of 2021, during the height of COVID. Simply put, he cares! I was always treated with the utmost respect and that it really mattered to him what the disposition would be in my case. He worked tirelessly for 18+months and would not and did not falter or waiver. I was facing mandatory minimum sentences, probably 10 years in prison. He knew about the all important ‘art of timing’ and the ‘real facts’ based on the evidence, voluminous discovery, hearings, motions, and the law. I’m happy to be writing this review as a free man who received five years probation as a direct result of Attorney Kelly’s tireless and dedicated representation of me. The primary concern for Attorney Kelly was the outcome in my case and this was clear from the very beginning, which is why I retained him. I might add I did so after carefully considering other attorneys, speaking with friends and family and then finally meeting with Attorney Kelly. In closing, he is a knowledgeable, tough and extremely gifted attorney. I remain a very fortunate man to have been a client of his.

Arthur represented my son and was very responsive and easy to talk to. We were in constant communication via phone, text and email so I always knew what the next steps were. More importantly he knows the inner workings of the court system like the back of his hand and was able to get the case dismissed which was a much better outcome than I was expecting. Within a couple of hours he called me back. My anxiety about my situation was relieved in talking with Mr. Kelly for five minutes. I wasn’t treated like a criminal but like a person. I found a great lawyer, but — even better —a great person who seemed like a new friend. I will always be grateful that he took on my case, which ended with the best possible outcome explained to me throughout by Mr. Kelly. The ratings here only go up to 5 stars, but he is a 10!
