Monique was a great lawyer to work with. I contacted her for a advice to file EB-2 NIW case which I never did however talking with her and discussing my case I was sure that when my employer file for H1B I will recommend her because there wont be any other lawyer who is going to give such an attention to detail to my application. So this year in 2018 my employer file for H1B through her office and everything went pretty awesome and I got my approval notice in last week of June which is unusually fast for most of the H1B cases. She's super quick in communication, competent in case evaluation and highly professional in the immigration filing process. I highly recommend Attorney Matthew Fogelman for legal services. He has worked on two very different cases for me. In both cases, He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt that I could trust him and that I did not have to worry about the cases. Matt is very honest and told me what I could and could not expect.
